The deposit shown on each package is deducted from your final invoice. If the package includes a one-off call-out fee, it's charged upfront with the deposit and shown before you pay.

- How much is due today when I book online?
- You pay only the deposit shown on each package (plus a one-off call-out fee when it applies to that package). The rest is settled after the move.
- Is the deposit deducted from the final cost?
- Yes. Your deposit is credited against the final invoice for your move — it is not an additional charge.
- What is the call-out fee?
- Some packages include a one-off call-out fee that covers travel to and from your address. When it applies, it is charged upfront together with the deposit and is clearly shown before you pay.
- Which package should I choose?
- Choose the 2-person crew for apartments and smaller homes, and the 3-person crew for 3+ bedroom homes or heavier loads. If you're unsure, request a free quote and we'll recommend the right crew size.
- Can I request a custom quote instead of booking online?
- Yes. Use ‘Get a Free Quote’ to tell us about your move and we'll send a personalised quote, usually within one business day.
- How do I change or cancel my booking?
